Overview

Time is up is the latest single from LEDApple, one of the newer K-pop groups with a very punk-pop sound. I’m expecting great things from this band, with their catchy lyrics, up-beat rhythms and collaboration of guitar and heavy drums. It’s hard to hope for a full album any time soon with all of their changes since debuting. (They originally debuted as a 5-member group in 2010.) ChiHoon left the group before debut due to differences in music styles. I-OH left the group due to illness. Seunghyun and Minyong left the group after debut promotions and Kyumin, Jaehoon, and Hyosuk were added. In November 2011, Jaehoon left the group and KeonU and Hanbyul were added.

The Single

Released February 2nd, this song marks the comeback for the band who has been quiet since late last year. The song expresses the thoughts of a man who’s disheartened by the fact that the woman he loves needs more time to accept his feelings, and the catchy melody is sure to cause some serious head boppin’.

They only have three singles under their belt. When will we see a full album? :)

I had a long post typed up for favorites of December and January, and then Chrome browser crashed on me. I for *some* reason have no "Draft" of this post on Blogger, and have lost all my content. Thanks for the double fuck, Google. Sigh. ಠ_ಠ

The new year is kicked off with Padam Padam... The Sound of His and Her Heartbeats. The story revolves around Yang Kang Chil, an innocent man that just came out from prison after 16 years. After being released from prison, he goes to Seoul accompanied by his guardian angel, Lee Gook Soo.  Yes, I did says his guardian angel! He helps Kang Chil change his destiny for the better.

While trying to return to his home to revisit his mother, Kang Chil has continuous run-ins with Jung Ji Na, a quick-tempered but cheerful veterinarian whose destiny seems to intertwine with his. The story revolves around their blossoming love, and his life evading the people who framed him for a murder he didn't commit.
